1 Information you provide
As UIORI account features become available, information you provide may include your name, email address, account credentials, support messages, and payout information required for a withdrawal, such as a receiving wallet address, asset, and network.
The exact information collected will depend on the features that are actually in use.
2 Account, reward, and participation information
UIORI may maintain information needed to operate an account and its reward system, including account status, Contribution Points, streaks, levels, milestones, credited earnings, withdrawal eligibility, withdrawal history, and activity relevant to reward integrity.
UIORI may also use participation-related information that is reasonably necessary to determine progress or rewards. This does not mean UIORI receives every technical detail handled by Mellowtel.
3 Mellowtel
Users who choose to participate use Mellowtel's separate companion-extension flow. After a user separately opts in, approved public-web requests may be routed through the user's connection, which can use bandwidth and device resources and can make the user's public IP address visible to destination websites as the request source. Information handled directly by Mellowtel is subject to Mellowtel's own privacy policy, permissions, controls, and terms.
4 How UIORI may use information
Information may be used to:
- Create and maintain accounts.
- Operate progress and reward features.
- Determine and review withdrawal eligibility.
- Respond to support requests.
- Detect abuse, manipulation, or technical errors.
- Maintain platform security and integrity.
- Meet applicable legal obligations where required.
5 Service providers and disclosure
UIORI may use infrastructure and service providers that are necessary to operate the platform. Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to provide those services, process future payouts, investigate abuse or fraud, or comply with valid legal obligations.
UIORI is not designed to publicly expose private account information or operate a business model based on selling users' personal information.
6 Platform safeguards
Account and activity information may be used to investigate suspicious reward activity, prevent duplicate or abusive participation, review withdrawal requests, and correct technical or accounting errors.
UIORI aims to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the platform. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7 Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, maintain reward or financial records, investigate disputes or abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is needed.
8 Your choices
Depending on the account features available, users may be able to update account information, stop participating, and contact UIORI about account or privacy questions.
9 Third-party services
UIORI may link to separate services such as Mellowtel. Those services operate under their own policies and are responsible for their own privacy practices.
10 Changes and questions
This Privacy Policy may be updated as UIORI develops. The current version and its updated date will be published on this page.
