1 Using UIORI
By creating an account or using UIORI, you agree to these Terms and the policies that apply to the platform. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and using UIORI in accordance with its rules.
2 UIORI and Mellowtel
UIORI manages user accounts, progress indicators, credited earnings, withdrawal eligibility, and its own reward rules.
Bandwidth-sharing technology is provided separately through Mellowtel's official companion-extension flow. Mellowtel's software, permissions, technical operation, privacy practices, and terms are governed by Mellowtel.
3 Voluntary participation
Creating a UIORI account does not automatically begin bandwidth sharing. UIORI presents a participation disclosure before opening Mellowtel's separate setup, and participation requires Mellowtel's explicit opt-in. Participation can use bandwidth and device resources, and public-web requests routed through the connection may appear to destination websites from the user's public IP address. You may choose not to participate or stop participating.
4 Rewards and earnings
UIORI may display Contribution Points, streaks, levels, milestones, and credited earnings. Points, streaks, levels, and milestones are progress indicators and are not cash balances.
Credited earnings are monetary amounts UIORI has actually awarded to an account under the reward rules in effect at that time. UIORI does not guarantee a fixed earning rate, a particular income amount, continuous earnings, or a specific time required to reach a milestone. UIORI is not an investment product.
5 Withdrawals
Only credited earnings may be withdrawn. UIORI's current published requirements include a $5.00 minimum credited balance, verified email, active account status, a minimum seven-day account age, and a payout destination that has completed the applicable safety period. UIORI may update these requirements prospectively by updating its published policy.
Withdrawal requests may be reviewed and may be delayed, adjusted, or rejected where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, duplicate activity, invalid activity, technical error, or a violation of platform rules.
6 Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use accounts or automation to manipulate rewards.
- Create fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Interfere with UIORI systems or security.
- Impersonate another person.
- Use UIORI in violation of applicable law.
7 Corrections and account restrictions
UIORI may correct points, progress, or credited earnings that resulted from duplicate credits, technical or accounting errors, invalid activity, manipulation, or system malfunction.
UIORI may restrict or terminate an account for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.
8 Service availability
UIORI may change, suspend, or update features as the product evolves. The service may also experience maintenance, third-party outages, or technical problems and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
9 Disclaimers and liability
UIORI is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UIORI is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the platform or separate third-party services.
10 Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as UIORI develops. Material changes should be reflected in the version published on this page, along with its updated date.
